AN OPEN LETTER TO TONTO W. C. DIKEH BY PASTOR JERRY
Dear king,
I must commend the audacity with which you transition into your spiritual ordination.
I'm writing to re-equip your mind for the journey ahead of you, even this sacred adventure you've commenced.
Moses unalived an Egyptian mistakenly in his quest to identify with Israel, yet it was an Israelite that later accused him of his past life and he was driven away by guilt. Please, don't let Israel do that to you.
The church, like the elder brother of the prodigal son, has a problem with accepting who the Father has accepted. They preach the gospel but get shocked when certain people repent.
I must inform you that the body of Christ is still a burden to Christ. She's not yet perfect in character. She usually behaves like the CHILD of God that she is - irrational, repulsive, jealous, possessive, entitled, territorial, etc. You'll need to be strong to wade through this torrent. Be strengthened with strength in the inner man.
Divine acceptance is swift but human acceptance is gradual to a fault. People who you are better than will judge you bitterly. Those whose secret life stinks will be the ones to hang you on the public crucifix. They'll drag you to the court of public opinion, not to hear your case but to announce their verdict.
From the time of John the Baptist, the Kingdom of God admits a violent entry. You must push forward with reckless abandon. Don't let believers who feel like they're the perfect sample of the will of God force you into depression. Find your God-ordained path and walk therein. You've equally chosen headship well by identifying with our highly esteemed teaching priest, Pst. Jerry Uchechukwu Eze. Streams Of Joy International is a good ground for viable seeds.
Flaunt God's goodness unapologetically. What matters most is your Faith in Christ Jesus and your daily visible transformation unto the likeness of the Son of God. If you're at peace with the Father by the Son, Jesus Christ, and indwelled by the Spirit of Truth, then man's opinion holds no water.
Let God be true and ALL men liars!
If I don't get to meet you here on earth, I will certainly meet you in heaven.
I wish you exceeding strength as you grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Unto him that is able to keep you and to present you blameless before the Father and his Angels be praise and thanks forever and ever. Amen!
Yours in Christ,
Pst. Jerry Smart Ekeleme
