BREAKING: California Couple Arrested For Farming 21 Children Inside $4M Castle Mansion

The mansion you see in this photo is located at 612, Arcadia, California.

Early Tuesday morning, FBI and LA Sheriff raided the castle-like home and found 21 children inside.

The owners, Guojun Xuan (66) and Silvia Zhang (39) — a wealthy Chinese couple — have been arrested.

WHAT POLICE FOUND:

- 21 children, ages from 2 months to 13 years, all with shaved/buzz-cut hair

- 6 live-in nannies

- 25 surveillance cameras monitoring every room

- No children ever seen playing outside — neighbors thought house was empty

Police say the couple was running an illegal surrogacy factory called "Mark Surrogacy" — paying American women up to $135,000 to carry babies for them, then keeping the babies to resell or claim benefits.

The LA District Attorney has charged them with:

- Child Abuse

- Conspiracy to Commit Child Abuse

- Dissuading a Witness

Prosecutors are seeking $100 million billion.

The couple's lawyer claims: "He is innocent. It is the nanny's wrongdoing. He is being targeted for having a large family."

All 21 children have been taken into protective custody.

This is one of the most shocking surrogacy cases in California history.
